How to track your order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.(please find the waybill number through the e-mail. )
Delivery working days
Delivery takes place via courier/the fast way; this means that we deliver to a physical address with a person available to sign for the parcel. Our courier deliver on weekends between 9am to 5pm.
Delivery to main centre takes 2-4 working days
Delivery to an outlying area takes between 2-5 working days.
Paxi R60 is 7-9 working days. R110 is 3-5 working days.
How to active your wig after receive parcel?
Receiving a new wig or hairpiece (especially human hair like Brazilian, Peruvian, etc.) requires proper care to maintain its quality. Follow these detailed steps for optimal results:
📦 Unboxing & Initial Inspection
1. Check the Package
- Record an unboxing video (for dispute protection).
- Verify length, density, and colour match your order.
2. Gentle Handling
- Remove the wig from packaging and shake it lightly(avoid rough pulling).
- If flattened during shipping, use a wide-tooth comb to detangle from ends to roots.
How to wash your wig?
Washing Steps (Human Hair)
1. Soak in Lukewarm Water
- Use 25-30°C water + sulfate-free shampoo, soak for 5 mins.
2. Cleanse Gently
- Massage hair downward—never scrub (prevents cuticle damage).
3. Condition
- Apply conditioner/mask (focus on ends), leave for 3-5 mins, then rinse.
4. Drying
- Blot with a towel, air-dry naturally (avoid sun/heat tools).
- Once dry, spritz with anti-frizz spray or hair oil (human hair).

- Heat Warning: Use tools ≤160°C for human hair / NO high heat
- Friction Control: Sleep with a silk scarf or remove wig to reduce frizz.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place (add silica gel packs to prevent mold).

- Tangled Hair: Spray detangler, gently finger-comb—never yank.
- Frizz: Smooth with a tiny amount of wax or oil.

Exchange Policy
Exchange information:
Request Window: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your products, provided the hair is still in its original condition with the lace intact.
Timeframe: Any exchange request made after 7 business days from receipt of the product will not be honored.
Condition: We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered in any way.Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Value Exchange: The product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
Shipping:Customer covers return shipping fee R120 unless the wig was defective or the wrong items was sent.
Store Credit: If the exchange results in a lower value than the original product, the customer will receive a store credit for the remaining balance, as we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return

- Order number.
- Photos/video of the issue.
2. Await approval and return instructions.
3. Ship the item back (tracked shipping recommended).
Refund Policy

1. Hygiene & Sanitation Concerns
- Once opened or worn, hair products cannot be resold or health and safety reasons.
- Similar to cosmetics or undergarments, they are considered personal care items with strict hygiene policies.
2. Customization & Alteration
- Many hair products are tailored (cut, dyed, or styled) to the buyer’s preference, making them "non-resalable".
- Custom orders (e.g., lace wigs with specific hairlines) cannot be restocked.
