Delivery takes place via courier/the fast way; this means that we deliver to a physical address with a person available to sign for the parcel. Our courier deliver on weekends between 9am to 5pm.

Delivery to main center takes 2-4 working days

Delivery to an outlying area takes between 2-5 working days

If you need insurance to cover your parcel. you need to choose paxi as courier service. You can choose R10 insurance to cover R2500. R20 insurance to cover R5000.

noted that voluntary purchase of insurance. if insurance is not purchased, we are not responsible to pay once after courier service collected parcel if get lost or hijacks.
